ZWOW #26

Today’s workout brought to you by ZWOW #26.  Pretty intense, but because I am not an expert on all the moves and don’t work as fluidly as Zuka, I’d have to say this was pretty difficult to follow and keep up with. Especially because I dont have a nice padded floor, I have to constantly move to and from my yoga mat.  Of all the workouts that I’ve done using videos, this was my least favorite. :/  There just want enough time to process the next move, which is the point for this workout, but super fast!
