Today’s workout brought to you by ZWOW #26. Pretty intense, but because I am not an expert on all the moves and don’t work as fluidly as Zuka, I’d have to say this was pretty difficult to follow and keep up with. Especially because I dont have a nice padded floor, I have to constantly move to and from my yoga mat. Of all the workouts that I’ve done using videos, this was my least favorite. There just want enough time to process the next move, which is the point for this workout, but super fast!
